What data we collect
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies and does not set cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us: your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the content of your enquiry, submitted through our quote request form, by phone, by email or via WhatsApp.
Why we process it (legal basis)
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and prepare quotations — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Where we keep records of completed supply, we do so to perform our contract with your institution and to meet legal, tax and medical-device traceability obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to supplied products are retained for the period required by Tanzanian commercial and medical-device regulations, then deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be visible to our IT service providers who host our email and website, under confidentiality obligations, and to authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format.
